Moby What?
I started reading "Moby Dick." I didn't read it in high school, though I was supposed to. I thought it was boring. But holy crap it isn't! Chapter three where Ishmael meets Queequeg was totally awesome. Here are some of my favorite sentences so far.
"For all his tattooings he was on the whole a clean, comely looking cannibal."
"The liquor soon mounted into their heads, as it generally does even with the arrantest topers newly landed from the sea, and they began capering about most obstreperously." (There are some words ripe for the looking up.)
"A boggy, soggy, squitchy picture truly..."
"Better to sleep with a sober cannibal than a drunken christian."
Wha-hoo!

Two things...
1.) I fixed my guestbook so your links work!
2.) Is Moby Dick the book where some guy says "Thar she blows, a hump like a snowmobile?"

Hey, like, can I add links to your two blog sites on my murf website? Or, would you view that as a violation of link-blog-boundaries?
