New song. New news.
Well, let's see. Maggie got a promotion! She's the head teller now, and she gets a pretty good raise. Michael stands to get a promotion since the cafe supervisor position is opening up and the store manager (Matt--an idiot) wants me to be the new sup. But the position is way lame. The cafe supervisor is hardly ever in the cafe, and thus never has any idea what's going on and does not get tips. I mean, I get a raise, but I think it comes out to less than what I make it tips, so why would I want more responsibility and stress for less money? I ask you. I mean, really.
I have a new song. It's a country song (maybe) about working at the dollar store with a monster who smokes cigarettes. Why? I don't know. It just sort of happened. But the abstract thing the other day is the spacey slide guitar from the first section of this song processed, layered, and filtered A LOT.

congrats to maggi!!!... the song was really cool(really liked the slide) the only thing i had a problem with was just a tech issue the speakers sorta got fuzzie and cracke but i think it just might have been the cheap factory speakers i have.i know at work their changing the call center over to where we take orders and deal with customer sevice issues also..... so yippe i get to take orders for morons that dont know their phone number and yelled at because it's my fault that the customer doesn't like some of the companys rules and no pay raise for the extra work i have to deal with(butt monkey fun i say!!).

Also, I listened to your song for about 2 hours on loop today, and it still hasn't worn out. Good job! The cigarette lines are my favorite.

Like the creepy "Spaceghost" sounding monster song aaaaannnnnd the cigarette smoking song. Anyway, here is the recipe for Momma's sweet potatoe casserole. It is pretty much made up but you will figure it out. Large can or about 4 c sweet potatoes drained. 1 egg, 1 c sugar, 1 tbs vanilla, 1/2 stick of butter. mix until sortof whipped. Put in glass caserole dish. Now take 1 c brown sugar packed down, 1/2 c butter. 1/4 c flour and a bunch of pecans, mix with fork until crumbly and crumble on top. Bake at 350 for about 1 hr, if the top is getting too brown cover with foil. YUM YUM YAMS!!!
