This is like an EP...

Soon Texas State will delete my free webspace. So here's the last gasp/splash! Six songs, that's like an EP, right? All the songs are filled in with an album title (you'll see it on your mp3 player). The title is from a song I didn't finish! Awesome! You don't get to hear that one! Sweet!

Anyway, here it is! The official soundtrack of the summer! They're like, cruddy 60s pop!

  • Interior World
  • Whisky Mountain Woman
  • The Surface of the Earth is Dead
  • King of Fighters ('94)
  • Dogs in Jail
  • Untitled 80s Victory Song

i can't wait! i will listen to these tonight...

On repeat all day in the office. These are like sea-salt kisses after an all-night cola binge. They are evening sunburn on an eskimo's milky belly. They are life on mars, a kitten's second life, deer-droppings in a bean garden. These are the axles of God's wheelbarrow carrying believers across that sandy beach.

Wonderful wah's and terrific choral work!!!

the untitled 80's victory song was nice; sounds like something i would have written back when i made music. it sounds more like something from chronotrigger/megaman than the 80's, which is a great compliment-- it just ended too suddenly..

surface of the earth is dead is also pretty good; nonsensical and catchy.. i haven't gotten repeat listens to the others yet, i'll get back to you...

Ha ha, the untitled thing is supposed to sound like megaman live rock...Maggie thought it sounded like the 80s.

It ends suddenly because it's supposed to do something else, I just haven't figured that out! And it's been sitting around for months just suddenly stopping... :(

i rode home last night singing to myself, "get ready, spaghetti, the surface of the earth is dead"...
